Parents the dead line for ordering your shirts from the web-site is July 30th to receive shirts at open house.. Please place your orders ASAP if ordering online. Also Tuition for August is due August 1st. Please pay it online.
If you would like to purchase the polo shirts from school elsewhere and have them embroidered you may also do that. Our colors are WHITE, NAVY, LIGHT BLUE, GRAY and PINK (for girls). You can take the shirts of Hometown Threads in Woodstock. Their Address is 3342 Trickum Road, Woodstock, GA 30188 (770) 591-9264.
Please Note that ALL shirts MUST HAVE LOGOS on them for school. We have also changed our policy on SWEATSHIRTS and HOODIES. ALL of these ITEMS MUST HAVE the school logo on them.
Open House :
5K - 6th Grade August 12th 10am - 12:00pm
7th - 12th Grade August 13th 10am - 12:00pm
First Day of School: August 16th
Standardized Test Scores are in! If you would like to pick them up before Open House you can come by the school on Tuesdays or Thursdays between 10am and noon.
Teacher Corners will be updated by August 1st. Please remember to check the website for supply lists around that time.
Retreat Info for 7th-12th Grade
The new school year just wouldn't be the same without RETREAT! Yes, I am looking for parent volunteers (especially) men to be chaperones at this years annual retreat on August 26th at The Land in Woodstock. The students love playing games and challenging each other to be creative in the world of wacky Miss Tammy's maze of strange games. We have a great time and I hope many of you will be willing to participate this year. Below is a list of what I need for volunteers. Thank you in advance for being such great, involved parents and I will see you at Open House (August 13th). The signup forms for the students will be posted soon to the newsletter.
FOOD: I need a shopper to purchase all the food for the retreat
PIZZA DELIVERY AND SET UP (1:00-2:30 PM): 1 parent to pick up pizza at Little Ceasars and set up kitchen for the kids about 1:45 for them to have a snack.
DINNER COOK (5:00-7:30 PM): I need 2 parents to supervise and help with the dinner meal (this is from prep to cleanup)
BREAKFAST SETUP (7:30-9:00 AM): I need 1 parent to be in charge of setting up the kitchen for the breakfast meal (continental)
OVERNITE: 5 Women and 4 Men to spend the night in the cabins and keep the craziness to a minimum.
GAME SUPPORT: 3 parents to help keep things moving from area to area on Friday (2:00-5:30 PM)
