Thank you for your interest in Richards Christian Academy! Our admissions process is designed to help us get to know your child academically, socially, and spiritually so we can ensure RCA is the right fit for your family.

Begin by completing our online inquiry form or contacting our admissions office. A member of our team will reach out to answer questions and guide you through the next steps.

Families are encouraged to visit our campus to learn more about our programs, meet staff, and experience the welcoming environment at RCA.

Submit the student application along with the required application fee (if applicable).

To help us understand your child’s academic history and learning needs, please provide:

• Most recent report cards (current year and previous year if available)
• Standardized test scores (achievement testing, milestone testing, or other academic assessments)
• Any IEP, 504 Plan, or educational evaluations (if applicable)
• Behavioral or academic records (if requested)

These records allow us to determine how we can best support your child’s success.

Students may complete an academic screening and participate in a student/family meeting. This helps us understand learning strengths, needs, and goals.

After reviewing all materials, families will receive an admissions decision. If accepted, enrollment paperwork and next steps will be provided.

To secure placement, families will complete enrollment forms and submit the enrollment fee.
